She was a manager for Bobbi Brown Cosmetics gaining the sales and business side of the industry before she transitioned to working as a make-up artist for the San Francisco Opera and Ballet companies.  She then secured her time to become a member of the I.A.T.S.E. local 706 union for hair and make-up artists.

Over the past two decades Marias career has had her working on print, editorial, T.V. shows, commercials, movies and government campaigns.  She has traveled to work with her regular clients on events such as Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, the Vancouver winter Olympics, the New York Time 100 Gala event, opening bell ceremony at the New York Stock Exchange and has worked two Super Bowl events.  She also continues working with her regular executive clients of Silicon Valley.

She has teamed two seasons as head of the make-up department bringing other artists together to do make-up for the Golden State Warrior girls for games and their photo shoots.

Not only is Maria enthusiastic, pragmatic and fun she’s worked with the very best in the business from legendary Sophia Loren and Dame Helen Mirren to icon athletes Steph Curry and Brian Boitano not to mention the founder of the world wide web Sir Tim Berners-Lee and influential model Christy Turlington.

Diversity has been a regular quality of her career working in the bay area and traveling so she’s got to work with all hair types and skin tones.

Keeping current with cosmetic manufacturers and being environmentally safe allows Maria to update her hair and make-up kit to use what is best for her clients. A high percentage of what she uses is vegan and she believes that her clients feel and look self-assured knowing the products are free of harmful chemical compounds. 

Having been associated with such an elite list of celebrities and high profile clients Maria is favored as a go to person within her business.
